Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ConvertiX ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Anwer Solangi ("I", "me", "the developer").

Description of Service

ConvertiX is a unit and currency converter application that provides:

• 15+ conversion categories (Length, Weight, Temperature, Area, Volume, Speed, Time, Data Storage, Pressure, Energy, Angle, Frequency, Fuel Economy, Cooking)
• Live exchange rates for 170+ world currencies
• Offline functionality using cached exchange rates
• Conversion history and favorites
• Support for 8 languages including full RTL for Arabic and Urdu
• Dark, Light, and System theme options

The App stores all data locally on your device and requires no account or login.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal mobile device
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes

Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to bypass any security features or access restrictions

Currency Rate Accuracy Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Live currency exchange rates are provided for informational purposes only. Factors that may affect accuracy include:

• Delays between rate updates and actual market rates
• Offline mode using cached rates which may be outdated
• Differences between mid-market rates and bank or exchange rates
• Rounding of conversion results

Do NOT rely solely on ConvertiX for financial transactions. Always verify rates with your bank or financial institution before making currency exchanges.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of conversion results or exchange rates
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with your specific device or operating system version

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Financial losses from relying on currency conversion results
• Loss of conversion history or favorites data
• Device damage or battery consumption
• Any other damages arising from the use of the App

Third-Party Services

ConvertiX uses Google AdMob for advertising and a third-party exchange rate API for live currency data. Your use of the App is also subject to the respective terms of these services. I am not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by me and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce the App or its code
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

I may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that I believe violates these Terms. As ConvertiX requires no account, termination refers to your right to use the App under these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
