Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Nearby ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Anwer Solangi ("I", "me", "the developer").

Description of Service

Nearby is a location-based social discovery application that enables users to:

• Discover and connect with people in their vicinity
• Chat in real-time with other users
• Share images and media
• Filter users based on various criteria
• Create and manage user profiles

Eligibility

To use Nearby, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying me immediately of any unauthorized access
• Keeping your profile information accurate and up-to-date

User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Share explicit, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the App for spam, scams, or commercial solicitation
• Collect personal information about other users without consent
• Stalk, track, or monitor other users outside the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

Content Ownership

Regarding content shared on Nearby:

• You retain ownership of content you create and share
• You grant me a license to display your content within the App
• You are solely responsible for content you post
• I may remove content that violates these Terms

Location Services

Nearby requires location access to function. By using the App:

• You consent to your location being displayed to other users
• You understand your location is shared within the App's discovery radius
• You can disable location sharing by going offline or revoking permissions
• You acknowledge that location accuracy may vary

Safety Guidelines

When meeting people from Nearby:

• Always meet in public places for first meetings
• Tell a friend or family member about your plans
• Trust your instincts - leave if you feel uncomfortable
• Do not share sensitive personal information (address, financial details)
• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior

I am not responsible for any interactions or incidents that occur between users, whether online or in-person.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. I DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• That you will find compatible connections
• The accuracy of user profiles or information
• The behavior or intentions of other users
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

Limitation of Liability

I SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Actions or conduct of other users
• Personal injury or property damage from user interactions
• Loss of data, messages, or connections
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Termination

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason at my sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

I may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
