Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VelocityTrack ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Anwer Solangi ("I", "me", "the developer").

Description of Service

VelocityTrack is a GPS-based speedometer and trip tracking application that provides:

• Real-time speed monitoring using your device's GPS
• Altitude and elevation tracking
• Trip logging and statistics
• HUD (Heads-Up Display) mode for safe driving
• Multiple speed unit options (km/h, mph, knots, m/s)

The App operates entirely offline and stores all data locally on your device.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal mobile device
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access any premium features if you have an active subscription

Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to bypass any security features or access restrictions
• Use the App while operating a vehicle in an unsafe manner

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

VelocityTrack offers optional premium features through in-app purchases:

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
• Refunds are handled according to the respective app store policies
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change

Accuracy Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: GPS speed and location data may not always be accurate. Factors affecting accuracy include:

• GPS signal strength and satellite visibility
• Weather conditions and atmospheric interference
• Device hardware and software limitations
• Indoor or covered locations with poor GPS reception

VelocityTrack is intended for informational purposes only. Do NOT rely solely on this App for speed monitoring where accuracy is critical. Always refer to your vehicle's speedometer for official speed readings.

Safety Warning

When using VelocityTrack while driving:

• Always prioritize safe driving over checking the App
• Mount your device securely in a safe, visible location
• Do not interact with the App while the vehicle is in motion
• Comply with all local traffic laws and regulations
• Use HUD mode responsibly and ensure it does not obstruct your view

I am not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or traffic violations resulting from the use of this App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of speed data
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with your specific device

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data or trip history
• Traffic violations or fines
• Accidents or injuries
• Device damage or battery consumption
• Any other damages arising from the use of the App

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

I may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that I believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
