Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WhatsupFire ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Anwer Solangi ("I", "me", "the developer").

Description of Service

WhatsupFire is a real-time messaging application that provides:

• Instant messaging with other users
• Image and media sharing
• 24-hour stories feature
• Phone number-based authentication
• Contact synchronization

Eligibility

To use WhatsupFire, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Have a valid phone number for verification
• Agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

Account & Phone Verification

Regarding your account:

• You must provide a valid phone number for verification
• One account per phone number is permitted
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Keep your device and account secure

User Conduct

You agree NOT to use WhatsupFire to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or chain letters
• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Engage in any illegal activities

I reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Content & Messages

Regarding messages and content:

• You are solely responsible for messages you send
• Messages are stored to enable synchronization across devices
• Stories are automatically deleted after 24 hours
• I do not pre-screen messages but may remove violating content
• Deleted messages may remain in backups temporarily

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by me and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce the App or its code
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels

Third-Party Services

WhatsupFire relies on Firebase (Google) for backend services. Your use of the App is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Firebase's terms. I am not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. I DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free messaging
• Message delivery or timing
• Data security beyond reasonable measures
• Compatibility with all devices

Limitation of Liability

I SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of messages or data
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Actions of other users
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Termination

I may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. I will notify you of significant changes through the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
